MARCO Polo Ortigas Manila’s all-day restaurant, Cucina, has always been known to celebrate the world’s best flavors on a plate. Precisely for diners who prefer a la carte dining, the hotel, led by Executive Chef Alisdair Bletcher and Cucina’s culinary experts, has recently introduced new dishes on the a la carte menu.

Mushroom, Truffle Cream, Thyme and Mozzarella Pizza

Pan-roasted Chilean Sea Bass, Garden Peas, Pancetta Herb and Lemon Butter Sauce
