Precisely for diners who prefer a la carte dining, the hotel, led by Executive Chef Alisdair Bletcher and Cucina’s culinary experts, has recently introduced new dishes on the a la carte menu.
New savory choices include Thai Hot and Sour Beef Salad; Green Chicken Curry; Spaghetti with Shrimp Bottarga and Dill; Mushroom, Truffle Cream, Thyme and Mozzarella Pizza; U.S. Angus Beef Burger; and Pan-roasted Chilean Sea Bass, Garden Peas, Pancetta Herb and Lemon Butter Sauce.
For dessert, the new selections are Milk Chocolate Mousse with Candied Maple Bacon Brownie and Mango Passionfruit Tart with Almond Nougatine and Lime Meringue.
