WHAT is more rewarding than watching the gorgeous Manila Bay sunset while enjoying generous bites of Cebu lechon in the company of family and friends?

Nothing!

And so, Rico’s Lechon, touted as Cebu’s best, recreates such a special moment for lechon lovers with the recent opening of its SM Mall of Asia branch at the SM Mall of Asia Complex, Level 1, South Wing, Seaside Ave., Pasay City. This is the restaurant’s fifth branch in Manila, following the opening of Rico’s Lechon at The Fort Entertainment Complex in Bonifacio Global City, Top of the Glo at Glorietta, Tiendesitas in Ortigas, and U.P. Town Center in Quezon City.

This new branch at SM MOA offers a spacious main dining area that can accommodate 200 persons, spicing it up with eye-catching tropical interiors, wooden furnishings and homey touches that create a familial atmosphere ideal for a hearty family salu-salo. At the same time, it takes advantage of its awesome location by the bay with its al fresco dining area, where there’s a cool breeze and a good view of the sea.

Besides its popular Cebu style lechon and iconic spicy lechon, Rico’s Lechon also serves a host of other delicious Pinoy dishes. Just recently, it added a number of all-new specialty dishes, such as Sinigang na Boneless Bangus, Sizzling Chicken Steak, Tortang Talong with Lechon, Fried Chicken with Homestyle Sauce, and Lechon Fingers with Sweet and Sour Sauce. There are also new shake flavors, including Mocha, Cookies and Cream, Fruity Strawberry, Bloody Watermelon, and Sago at Gulaman.

For merienda, Rico’s Lechon’s kitchen staff has found many creative ways with which diners can still get to enjoy lechon. The restaurant’s new merienda selection includes Senior Pit Lechon Mami, Lechon Arrozcaldo, Lechsilog (Lechon, Sinangag at Itlog), plus Dinuguan at Puto and the Dinuguan, Puto at Plain Rice set.
