Sugar Babies Desserts Unlimited is a new pastry company headed by chefs, food stylists and recipe developers Marie Advincula and Casey Santos in partnership with Chef Theo Zaragoza and his lovely wife Samantha Zaragoza. It offers exciting couture desserts that are available for order. These include Mon Cheri Citron (Php235 per piece at a minimum order of Box of 4), Meule de Chocolat (Php175 per piece for a Box of 4), Pistacia Oro (Php165 per piece for a Box of 6), Chocolat de la Mer (Php135 per piece for a Box of 2), Costra Dulce (Php210 per piece for a Box of 4), and La Maria Francesca (Php170 per piece).
Mon Cheri Citron is mixed berries compote on lemon yogurt mousse in a granola crust.
Meule de Chocolat is a chocolate fudge cookie with strawberry mousse filling.
Pistacia Oro is the name given to pistachio shortbread cookies with a ‘dollop’ of pistachio pineapple custard on top.
Chocolat de la Mer refers to chocolate squares with salted caramel filling.
Costra Dulce combines Nutella ganache, dulce de leche and banana custard mousse in a chocolate chip cookie tart shell.
La Maria Francesca is chocolate glacage with mango mousse and chocolate cheesecake on a chocolate cookie crust.
A physical store along Katipunan Ave., Quezon City, shall be making these exciting couture desserts available over the counter soon, but for now these six desserts are available only through phoned-in orders at 0917-7952857, 0917-7110741 or 0917-5339189.
