Whipped up by Executive Chinese Chef Ken Leung and his kitchen team, the restaurant’s new Hong Kong Chef’s Recommendations celebrate vibrant, fresh flavors, as guided by the restaurant’s respect for traditional Cantonese culinary methods to come up with delicious, authentic dishes.
