Richmonde Hotel Iloilo presents, for just one special night, Tabu-an sa Dinagyang, a heritage dinner buffet featuring the heirloom dishes of Iloilo’s premier chef, Rafael ‘Tibong’ Jardeleza II. It takes place at the hotel’s Pool Deck Area on January 26, 2019, Saturday, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m..

A strong advocate of Ilonggo cuisine, Chef Tibong consistently promotes his native cuisine and supports efforts to preserve it. He has organized Ilonggo cooking competitions among culinary schools in Western Visayas and has been featured in countless media entities (online, print and TV) to educate the public on the true identity of Ilonggo food.

More than just Batchoy, Pancit Molo and KBL (Kadios, Baboy at Langka), Chef Tibong is expected to wow Tabu-an sa Dinagyang diners with his specialties, such as Roasted Lamb, Lechon, Lengua con Setas Oliva, and Tenderloin Steak.

Supporting Chef Tibong is Richmonde Hotel Iloilo’s very own Chef Jeffrey Ticao and his kitchen team, who will showcase delectable treats like Kinilaw na Isda, Paella Negra, Paella Valenciana, Pancit Guisado, and Almondigas.
