Ube Cheese Pandesal and Ube Langka with Macapuno Pandesal available at Diamond Hotel Philippines

IF there is some semblance of normalcy that existed during the quarantine, it is that food trends continued to take shape, and two of the top food trends that emerged were Baked Sushi and Ube Cheese Pandesal.

Now, Diamond Hotel Philippines puts together these two top food trends and makes them available in one place—or one online shopping site—so you can order either or both at the same time.

Yurakuen’s Baked Sushi

Diamond Hotel’s award-winning Japanese restaurant, Yurakuen, dishes out two Baked Sushi specials. One is Baked Premium Seafood Sushi, which promises to send your taste buds on a deep-sea dive of flavor. The other one is Baked California Sushi, which gives the popular maki a special treatment with crisp, toasted rice and sweet mangoes. Both are matched with authentic Japanese sides, condiments and nori to make awesome platters that will delight the entire family.

Crafted with premium ingredients to achieve the most satisfying tastes and textures, Diamond Hotel’s version of the Ube Cheese Pandesal takes on two flavors combinations—Ube Cheese Pandesal and Ube Langka with Macapuno Pandesal. The former follows the classic recipe that took the metro (and beyond!) by storm. Diamond Hotel’s version is best enjoyed lightly toasted and paired with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. The latter is a creation with the sweet tooth in mind, as it brings together three Filipino staples—ube, langka and macapuno.

Premium Dimsum from Corniche

Also new products to enjoy are Corniche’s seven Premium Dimsum specials in ready-to-order and ready-to-cook frozen packs. The seven Dimsum specials are Pork & Shrimp Siomai, Beef Siomai, Hakaw, Bola-bola Mini Siopao, Asado Mini Siopao, Chicken Feet, and Mantou Buns (which can be fried or steamed).
