I LIKE making sandwiches. Likewise, I enjoy making my own fish, chicken and puso ng saging burgers, although I also sometimes fill my sandwiches with tuna salad, egg salad, Spanish sardines and corned tuna and layer them with tomato and cucumber slices on a bed of curly or Romaine lettuce. I don’t like using regular tasty loaf bread for my sandwiches, though. I figured, sandwiches I make are special so the bread, too, has to be special. My preference happens to be whole wheat bread, and Gardenia’s High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread happens to be one of my biggest favorites.
