For the butter cake:
1 pack Maya Oven Toaster Butter Cake Mix (200g)
4 Tbsps. butter
2 medium-sized eggs
1/2 cup water
To finish:
butter for toasting
fresh fruits of choice
1 scoop vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
chocolate syrup for drizzling on top
1. First, make butter cake by following package directions. Let cool.
2. Cut into 1-inch thick slices.
3. Pan-toast with butter until brown in the edges.
4. Serve with fresh fruits on the side, then top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
