Some of Kumori’s best-selling items, clockwise from top left: Custard Butter Bun, Apple Cheese Danish and Crabstick BunKUMORI, the Japanese-inspired bakery that turns out delicious Japanese style breads and pastries every day, is now making two new rustic breads available in its SM and Landmark counters and its first full-scale Café Kumori store at SM North EDSA.
These are the Ciabatta and the Cranberry Yuzu.

The Cranberry Yuzu (Php7
is a rustic white bread with a fluffy interior and a crispy outer layer, much like the Ciabatta, but it has been infused with citrussy yuzu and tart cranberries.
These two new rustic breads are expected to, in due time, reach the same iconic status as some of Kumori’s best-selling items, which include the Apple Cheese Danish, the Custard Butter Bun and the Crabstick Bun.
The Apple Cheese Danish (Php59) is a flaky Danish pastry filled with luscious cream cheese and topped with caramelized apples.
The Custard Butter Bun (Php45) is a rich egg custard and milky buttercream fillings encased in a soft bread shell.
The Crabstick Bun (Php5
is a soft bread bun topped with crabstick mixed with creamy Japanese mayonnaise.
These new rustic breads and best-selling items are now available in all Kumori locations. They shall also be baked on site when Kumori opens its fourth Philippine location at the new wing of UP Town Center in July 2016.
