Easter comes alive at Conrad Manila with a host of decadent gourmet offerings such as the Summer Fiesta Harvest buffet selection complemented by fun-filled kiddie activities at Brasserie on 3 and Easter Grab-and-Go goodies at Bru, among others.
On Easter Sunday, April 17, Executive Chef Warren Brown takes diners on a culinary journey through the Philippines’ rich and vibrant kitchens with a Filipino Fiesta buffet spread at Brasserie on 3. Buffet highlights include Lechon, Inasal Seafood Paluto, and a shored-up Dessert Station with traditional Easter delights, including Chocolate Bunnies and Eggs, complemented by local kakanins or Filipino rice cakes from different regions.
