Explore the lavish dishes and set menus lined up by the chefs for each day of the week. The Weekday Specials feature grand choices good for 4 to 6 persons, suitable for dinners at home or intimate occasions celebrated with the family. Among the signature platters available from Monday to Friday are Baked Mediterranean Crusted Salmon, Homemade Salmon Gravlax, Slow Cooked Beef Belly in Red Wine Sauce, Porchetta (Pork Belly), Stir-fried Clams with Ginger and Onion or Noodles and Mushroom, and Steamed Clams with Special House Sauce.
